Even if that means being pelted with heavy rain, blown around by high winds and stung by huge hail stones. Levelland, TX - http://www.clouds365.com/4-29-12 I thought this was a tornado, but it is actually scud clouds starting to organize and creating a wall cloud. This was a intense storm. It produced 3" hail in Lubbock. Powerful!

I normally don't like the light in the middle of the day in the summer especially when hot, but today there was nice contrast between the sky and clouds. Went to one of my favorite spots in Dallas to capture this. Looks happy :)

This image is from May 2012. While chasing storms in Northwest Oklahoma, I intercepted a large supercell outside of Kingfisher, OK right before sunset. Amazing to watch form. Beautiful sunset in Frisco, TX on June 27th. Wonderfully vibrant. Very hot and hazy most of the day. The skies broke open as the sun was going down. One of my favorite sunsets in a while.

Supercell over Hilton Head Island, South Carolina on Monday night! I will not forget this night anytime soon!
